Onsite Parts (contract)
For business-critical equipment where every moment of downtime counts, it is vital to have replacement parts available onsite. The Onsite Parts Service provides Siemens-owned parts that are immediately available on your site for your exclusive use, without the need for capital outlay. Regular audits are conducted during the contract period to confirm the integrity of the stock and arrange for updates when required. The warranty period commences when the parts are used, rather than at the time of purchase.

 

Advance Exchange (as required)

To support equipment that is important but slightly less time-critical, you may consider a maintenance strategy that uses the Advance Exchange Service when needed.

New or remanufactured items from Siemens’ service stock (if available) will be priority shipped to your site upon request, in advance of receiving your faulty item.

 

Standard Exchange (as required)

To support equipment that is not time-critical, you may consider the Standard Exchange Service when needed. New or remanufactured items from Siemens’ service stock (if available) will be dispatched by standard shipment to your site upon receipt of your faulty item.
