Onsite Engineer:
This is the basic time-and-materials service that provides you with a Field Service Engineer: for technical assistance with maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting, fault rectification and preventative maintenance.
Embedded Engineer:
This contracted service provides longer-term on-site Siemens engineering resources for activities such as small or large projects, commissioning, systemic troubleshooting or configuration enhancement.
Start-up and Commissioning:
For a set fee, a Field Service Engineer can perform start-up and commissioning of your Siemens drives.
Process Instrumentation Calibration:
This service provides a scheduled calibration service for all Siemens Process Instrumentation equipment. The schedule is agreed in advance to suit your operational requirements. The service is performed by a highly qualified Siemens Process Instrumentation specialist on-site, but is also available as return-to-depot.
Asset Evaluation:
We can provide a skilled technician to identify and document your automation, control and drives technology assets, either through Siemens or a third party. A detailed report will help you to manage your spare parts inventory more efficiently by identifying items that are nearing the end of their service life, as well as inventory shortages or excesses.
