We supplied Unilever with the process control system PCS7. The fully integrated control system means Unilever’s products are always produced exactly to recipe specifications and the production line runs precisely to pre-set temperature, pressure, volume, mass and speed. It reduces waste and rework and increases productivity. In a highly regulated industry, the system delivers an extensive reporting and audit trail that makes compliance with stringent FDA/TGA regulations much simpler – another productivity gain.
