The aim of our graduate recruitment process is to provide you with an opportunity to find out if our employment vacancies match your career aspirations, competencies and experience. There are a number of stages that job applicants go through when applying for advertised roles with Siemens. Please review the stages below for further information.
Stage One: Online Application
Once you’ve decided to apply for a career with Siemens, you can submit your application online. Our graduate and student recruitment team will then review your application and determine if your individual capabilities, qualifications and experience match our requirements. We will be in contact with you to advise on the progress of your application as soon as possible.
Stage Two: Interview One
If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend the next stage of our selection process which will be an initial interview. This is essentially an opportunity for us to find out about you and for you to get to know us.
Stage Three: Interview Two
If you are successful at your first interview, we will invite you to attend the next stage of our selection process. This stage consists of a second interview where you will meet several of your potential team members. You will also be asked to give a short presentation on a predetermined topic that is relevant to our business.
Stage Four: Assessment Centre
The final stage of the recruitment process may involve the use of an assessment centre. A reference and qualification check may also be included as part of this stage. Details pertaining to these activities will be provided to you by a member of our recruitment team.
Stage Five: Our Offer
We hope that throughout the recruitment process you will have had the opportunity to meet our people and gained a clearer understanding of our business, enabling you to make an informed decision about whether Siemens is the right company for you.
If you are successful at the final stage of our recruitment process, we will make an initial verbal offer of employment that, if accepted, will be followed by a written contractual offer.
